A U.S. Poultry Barbecue Competition is set to take place on November 20 at a renowned beach club, bar, and restaurant in the UAE. Led by expert Pitmaster Frederic Casagrande, the event will feature around 20 chefs competing to create dishes using U.S. chicken leg quarters and U.S. duck. Following the competition, a buffet will feature a variety of dishes prepared with U.S. turkey, chicken, and duck. The function will be attended by foodservice professionals, importers, and renowned chefs. The aim of the activity is to showcase the versatility and premium quality of U.S. poultry to culinary professionals and key players in the foodservice industry.
