Module 5: Egg and Egg Products Packaging Trends
This continuing education program, sponsored by the Illinois Soybean Association, aims to serve as a first step in reaching food processing companies interested in specializing in egg products to help them develop new, value-added products with U.S. egg and egg products. The National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), the Mexican Association of Poultry Producers (UNA), and the Mexican Poultry Institute (INA) endorse the program.
Module 5 will be imparted online on May 14, 19, 21, 26, 28, and Jun. 2, 4, 9, 11.
