U.S. High Oleic Soybean Oil & U.S. Poultry Workshops

On April 23, the activity will take place at ARAMTEC's (major importer in the UAE) recently inaugurated innovation kitchen. It will comprise of key decision makers among ARAMTEC clients. Susan Knowlton, they keynote speaker and oil expert, will provide a highly engaging and concise presentation highlighting the key selling points and added value of high oleic soybean oil. This will be followed by a demo of the oil versus normal oils to witness the differences. Some menu items will be prepared using the oil and U.S. poultry products. On April 24, two educational sessions are planned at ICCA (culinary school) premises tackling a different audience consisting mainly of junior and/or student chefs. Susan will offer an in-depth presentation focusing on the features and cooking uses of U.S. high oleic soybean oil. This will be followed by a live kitchen demonstration led by a chef instructor at ICCA.
