To increase the awareness and usage of the U.S. poultry among the HRI sector in Taiwan, USAPEEC organized two training for the Catering Industry and Culinary students/tutors in Taipei and Taichung. The workshops will continue to focus on the advantages and sustainability of U.S. chicken.
