The Virtual Food Safety & Hygiene Seminar will be held in the Philippines on May 20 & 21, 2021. The seminar aims to educate the food service and retailers, chefs/culinary students on maintaining food safety measures across the supply chain, from farm to fork; provide training to the target groups on proper handling and storage of chilled and frozen products; promote proper sanitation and hygiene protocol for instore consumers and employees and generate awareness for U.S, poultry with a view to develop more opportunities in the Philippine market.
