2021 5th Meat Processing and New Product Development Technology Seminar
In 2021, Foodmate will continue to work with industry associations and university scientific research units to jointly organize the "5th Meat Processing and New Product Development Technology Seminar" to gather with industry colleagues in the central hub city Zhengzhou to discuss solving technical problems and exchange research and development ideas and experience, promote the transformation and industrialization of cutting-edge technological achievements, and jointly promote the healthy development of the domestic meat product industry.
USAPEEC president Jim Sumner will send an opening remark video, followed by USAPEEC Consultant Edward Xie will give a presentation during the forum with the theme: U.S. Poultry the best ingredient for further processing, to introduce USAPEEC and to show the advantages and diversified usage of U.S. poultry products to Chinese local processors, aiming to encourage them to use more imported U.S. poultry products as the raw materials for further processing.
