US Dried Egg Educational Seminar in Nagoya Humanitec

USAPEEC Japan will conduct US dried egg education seminar in Nagoya Humanitec on October 12th (preparation day) and October 13th (seminar) in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture. This seminar is funded by AEB. We will have a guest instructor, Chef Yutaka Yamasaki. He is a bakery export and has been working for this educational seminar since 2018. The seminar is from 9:30am to 4:40pm. There are around 71 students participate in this seminar.

Nagoya Humanitec (established 1973) has offered confectionary and bakery curriculum for 22 years, and also offers culinary instruction. There are about 80 students in the confectionary and bakery program, requiring 1,920 hours of study for a 2-year degree. The one-day seminar will target students in their 2nd year. Chef Yamazaki will prepare for the event to be held October 12th.
