U.S. Poultry Culinary Challenge

USAPEEC India will participate in the culinary challenge competition at AMITY University, a leading hotel management institute, where the budding chefs from renowned universities and culinary schools create innovative recipes. With this activity, the objective is to position U.S. poultry as the main ingredient to be used in the culinary challenge giving the budding chefs an opportunity to receive hands on experience using U.S. poultry. The student chefs will be educated on the distinct attributes including quality, safety and versatility of U.S poultry.
