FHC Shanghai 2023 Culinary Competition

Last year USAPEEC sponsored to FHC Shanghai Culinary Competition, but it was postponed because of COVID lockdown. This year the FHC Shanghai 2023 Culinary Competition will be held during November 8-10 at SNIEC Shanghai, USAPEEC will sponsor U.S. poultry products to the competition, and encourage Chinese young chefs to use U.S. poultry products as raw materials when cooking.
