U.S. meat and poultry exports Safety and Supervision workshop in Chengdu

The workshop will be held on September 5 at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Chengdu, it is co-organized by USMEF and USAPEEC. The organizers invites a total of 50 attendees including import agents and importers and traders from China Southwest area to attend. In addition to PHIS system introduction and updates, training by FSIS Beijing director James Chisholm, attendees will have an opportunity to exchange opinions with the organizers on the common issues when importing U.S. poultry and meat products, covering trade policy issues and technical issues.
