USAPEEC Annual Meeting
USAPEEC 2021 will be hosted as a hybrid event, June 22-24, 2021. The in-person portion of the meeting will be held at the all-suite, Hilton Nashville Downtown.
In-Person Registration
The in-person member registration fee is $875.00 per attendee until May 15. After May 15, the in-person member registration rate increases to $975.00 per attendee.
Virtual Registration
The virtual registration fee is $375.00 per attendee. Virtual attendees will receive access to the online platform and app via email.
In-person & Virtual attendees will have access to the online platform & app. Access information is single-use and cannot be shared with others.

USAPEEC Members and Trade Policy Task Members dues must be current at the time of registration.
All event times are in the Central Daylight Time (CDT) Zone.
Hotel registration for Hilton Nashville Downtown is now open! This award-winning all-suite hotel offers king or double room suites with special room rates just for our members-- $275 per night rate for a Single or Double. Triple Rate is $285 and Quad Rate is $295, per night. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 15.25% with a $2.50 occupancy tax per occupied room, per night) in effect at the time of check-in.

Event Notes
MEETING CANCELLATION POLICY
Members needing to cancel their in-person meeting registration between May 15-31, 2021, will receive a refund of 50%.
Meeting cancellations after June 1, 2021, are non-refundable.
Registrations can be transferred to another member attendee who has not yet registered.
Refund requests must be made through the registrant's Eventbrite reservation form.
