Master-level Cooking Competition - Taiwan Culinary Art Challenge by TCA

The 7th Taiwan Culinary Art Challenge is hosted by the Taiwan Chef Association (TCA) and certified by Worldchefs. USAPEEC will be the sole sponsor of the U.S. Chicken Western Poultry Cooking Challenge and designed to engage master-level chefs to increase their awareness of using U.S. chicken.
