Savory of Shanghai during HotelEx show
The 30th Shanghai International Hospitality Equipment & Foodservice Expo will be held on schedule from March 29 to April 1 in 2021. Hotelex will welcome 200,000 professional global buyers, with an area of 400,000 square meters, with a full range of exhibits on display to the public. Exhibit categories are expanded to 12 major areas. HOTELEX will still play the role of industry trend leader, and build a broader platform for industry communication and push the development of domestic hotels and high-end catering industry to a new level.
The art of food is often the multiple presentation of ingredients, seasonings, cooking utensils, plate laying techniques, chef’s creativity and production skills. SAVORY OF SHANGHAI integrates and collides these elements by selecting diversified cooking ingredients from different origins and categories all over the world. The event will feature 10-12 Celebrity Chefs who are the master of Chinese and Western food and dessert baking, and Chefs from Michelin restaurants. The Celebrity Chefs will explain and cook each ingredient on site, bringing a sensory experience of visual, auditory and taste buds to VIP customers and potential buyers and agents.
