2020 Seoul Cafe Show

Seoul Cafe Show is the largest food-related show in Korea, focusing on food and beverage menus for coffee shops, bakery cafes, dessert cafes, etc.  Cafe industry is the fastest growing market sector in Korea, and also the trend-setting segment for foodservice and food manufacturing industry.  There are a lot of coffee shops and bakery cafes in Korea, where light meals and snacks are served.  Most of them do not have full kitchen, and many of them do have have professional chefs, but serve ready-to-eat prepared foods, supplied by growing number of central kitchen/commissary style food manufacturers/suppliers.  Jointly working with American Egg Board, USAPEEC Korea will participate in this food show, introducing U.S. poultry and egg products that are easy to be applied in prepared food categories that are currently leading the Korean food market.
