Great American Barbeque event in Shanghai

ATO Shanghai is organizing another Great American Barbeque event to feature some of the best elements of U.S. cuisine, cooking methods, and the cultural elements that surround them. The event will show appreciation to ATO’s important trade contacts, honor the patrons of U.S. agricultural products, and further enhance working relationships with them.

Bubba’s was founded by native Texan Ken Walker in June 2006 in Shanghai as China’s first authentic Texas/Western-style barbecue joint. Bubba’s enjoyed 11 years of operations at its original location in Hongqiao before the government reclaimed the property as a non-commercial building in 2017. In 2019, Ken found a new venue in the heart of Jing An (ShanKang Li Courtyard) and reopened to his many enthusiastic fans in November 2020.

USAPEEC decided to sponsor 3 cartons of U.S. chicken drumsticks to the event on August 25 in Shanghai by ATO Shanghai, let the chefs be creative, looking forward to developing popular dishes with U.S. chicken leg meat.
