Thanks to sponsorship from the Ohio Soybean Council, USAPEEC Mexico and the Mexican Association of Poultry Science Specialists (ANECA) are organizing the 15th Poultry Processing and Food Safety Course. The short course targets local poultry producers interested in innovating processes and developing new value-added products. This time, with the support of the Mexican Association of Federal Inspected Plants, in addition to topics such as Meat Quality in Processing and Value-Added Products, the program will include topics for a TIF and other private certifications.

USAPEEC will feature as speakers long-time collaborators Pilar Casta?eda and Gerardo Casco. The event marks the first in-person activity for ANECA and will be held in Queretaro, all in Spanish.
